Customer has fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to notify us of a return by calling us or emailing us. Our Phone number: 1- 252- 578-9991 or email us at info@elegantinspirationurns.com. Once customer has been instructed on how to return items, and the customer receives a special return authorization code, customer has up to 30 days from the delivery date to return the non customized urns with no restocking fees (no exceptions). Only the original shipping charges will be deducted. If merchandise is sent without prior return authorization code, merchandise will not be accepted. Fees for overnight or 2nd day delivery or original shipping will not be reimbursed. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted if returned item is over 30 days from the delivery date plus original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance charges. Merchandise items over 60 days from the delivery date no returns or refunds will be accepted ! All specialty art rendered ceramic urns, pet urn portraits (pet portraits)customized or personalized ceramic urns, personalized ceramic pet urns or custom pet memorials, all purchased sales are final and not subject to cancel order or return. (no exceptions)!

Merchandise must be in re-saleable and unused condition, we will not accept any product that has been filled with ashes at any time. Items must be returned with original packing intact.

What items can be returned or canceled:

CUSTOMIZED URNS : If work has been started on customized ceramic urns merchandise, no returns or canceled orders will be allowed. All sales are final. If work has not been started on customized ceramic urns ordered, then customer may cancel order without any charges. All non customized ceramic urns merchandise can be returned. If work has been started on merchandise no cancelations will be accepted, no exceptions.  See store policy above on how to return items.

Where do items need to be returned to?

Shipping products and Shipping returns:
Merchandise is shipped free of charge with ground delivery (delivery time is 3-7 business days). Products ship the same day or next business day if the product is in stock. If not in stock it will take 7-14 days to create your ceramic pet urns or ceramic urns including personalized or customized urns orders to ship out.Our ceramic pet urns and ceramic urns are shipped out using ( UPS OR USPS ). Our products can be shipped to your home,office or at work as well. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all returns, shipping charges and insurance fees.

If you should refuse your package for any other reason than damage, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and returns plus10% restocking fee.

Credit for returns:
When the ceramic urns or ceramic pet urns product is returned, it will be inspected for damage and use. If the non customized urns merchandise is in saleable condition and unused, payment will be refunded to your credit card account, less original shipping charges. Return shipping charges and insurance are your responsible. If return is over 30 days from the delivery date a 10% restocking fee will be deducted along with the original shipping charges.

In store return option:
We are not a brick and mortar store we are strictly an ecommerce on line ceramic urns and ceramic pet urns web store.

Packing Materials:
All ceramic urns and ceramic pet urns must be returned and shipped back in their original container with original packing material with care. If merchandise is returned and damaged due to shipping, your carrier insurance will refund your purchase.

Material and Display Colors:
Due to heat variations during kiln firings(which is normal) colors, size and weight may vary slightly. Pictures and art renderings on customized pieces may also vary slightly because each piece is created individually by an artist.

Typographical errors:
In the event that Elegant Inspirations web site incorrectly lists a price or product description due to a typographical error or and error in the information received from a supplier, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price prior to shipping. Elegant Inspirations reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been billed. If your credit card has been billed, We will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the correct price.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation:
Your receipt or an electronic or other confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Elegant Inspiration Urns reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any and all reasons.

Pricing and Payment Methods:
Prices include the merchandise with any specified options and shipping within the continental US. Credit Cards are the most common and preferred method of payment. We accept most major credit cards. There is no extra charge for using a credit card. Please be sure to provide correct information when asked. Incorrect information may result in delays in processing your order.

*Pay Pal, money orders, cashier checks or personal checks will be accepted by us.

NOTE: All check orders will be held for 10 business days or for the check to clear, then your order will be started or shipped out depending if the ceramic urns or ceramic pet urns merchandise is in stock.
